Solicitation: 36C25225B0007 Project: Replace Electrical Switchgear B415 Project Number: 676-22-122 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Replace Electrical Switchgear B415 at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project # 676-22-122 Replace Electrical Switchgear B415 at Tomah VA Medical Center. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 270 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation with a size standard $19 Million size standard applies. Estimated price range for construction is between $1 M and $2 M. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is in the SAM Vet Cert database. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov/). A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
