The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement to support scheduled training with an estimation of 50 meal for both breakfast and supper February 7th - 20th 2025. The specifications are as follows: The government will provide the facility for serving meals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based on market research conducted included Eppendorf and Hamilton Liquid handling machines. The Eppendorf machine was quickly excluded from the search as they do not have an accessory capable of sealing plates coming out of the machine (one of the requirements specified above). While the Hamilton machine is can fulfill the requirements listed, it is not as compatible with many of the machines we utilize both within the NVSL and at NBAF. While the purpose of this project is to synergize the equipment and testing within the NVSL and NBAF, it is crucial to the project that the Tecan Fluent 480 is purchased rather than other similar equipment. If this equipment is not purchases, we will not be able to fulfill the needs of both NVSL and NBAF synergistically. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification under an existing delivery order N0001920F0010 under sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001919G0031 to Rockwell Collins, Inc., 400 Collins Road North East Cedar Rapid, Iowa 52498-0505, on an other than full and open basis, for the continued production support of the Digital Red Switch System (DRSS) upgrade on the E-6B aircraft for an additional six (6) months. This system provides enhanced distribution of audio from mission radios to the Battle Staff and Communications Central (COMCEN) and added conferencing capabilities from sources.
The authority permitting other than full and open competition is provided by 10 U.S.C. §2304(c)(1) as re-codified at 10 U.S.C. §3204(a) the property or services needed by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency.

Survey work shall consist of performing all surveys, measurements, computations, drawings, and descriptions according to attached Land Survey Specifications for NRCS Easement Programs.

Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), has a requirement for roundhouse roof truss system repair/strengthening at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAAP). This project will remove all broken truss members throughout Building 400-138 and replace them with new, like-type, wood material. Contractor is required to provide structural shoring from the concrete slab floor to temporarily support the existing trusses while select members are removed and replaced, select bolted connections reworked, and select truss members strengthened.
