The United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 160th Military Intelligence Battalion has a requirement for lodging-in-kind accommodations within a 30-mile radius of 813 Sabalu Rd, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas 66027, as identified in the attached Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and in accordance with the Attachment 0001- Statement of Work (SOW). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has a need for Janitorial Services at its Pomona Lake Project Office in Vassar, Kansas. A performance work statement with more details about the services is included with this combined synopsis/solicitation.
This is a new supply, purchase order contract to provide a replacement for the Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guard (CGMCG) Draft horse team following the current team being recommended for retirement from the Fort Riley, Kansas Veterinarian team. CGMCG wants to procure 2x Draft horses no younger than four years old and no older than six years old. Must be able to participate in capability events (Presidential Inauguration, Competitions, Ceremonies, Parades, etc.) to allow more opportunities for recruitment under the Army’s Soldier Readiness Program and showcase Fort Riley’s historic calvary tradition across the United States.
The life-cycle replacement Draft Horses are requested to be no younger than four years old and no older than six years old. Must be same sex siblings all black with a blaze, no less than 17 hands in height. Draft horses must have all vaccination UpToDate. Draft horses must be able to pass a full veterinarian examination by DOD Veterinarian team within 30 days of arrival can drive a carriage as a paired team proficiently, knows verbal commands, can back up and be determined capable by Horse Trainer to execute Presidential Inauguration NLT 08 January 25.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement (HC) services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes which located Within the Following Counties in Kansas: Sedgwick, Sumner, Cowley, Butler, Harvey, Reno, Kingman and Harper. Home Confinement Radius Within 200 Miles of the RRC Facility
Both the RRC services for in-house RRC beds and the Home Confinement services for home confinement placements shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work (SOW) entitled, “Residential Reentry Center, March, 2022”. Home Confinement services (for home confinement placements) are specifically defined in chapter 10, programs, of the aforementioned SOW. Additional requirements for these services are referenced throughout the SOW as well.
This will be a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract for services with a one-year base period, and four one-year options periods.
The RRC In-House requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum 27 beds (24 males and 3 females) and an estimated maximum 66 beds facility in which 59 beds will be designated for males and 7 beds designated for females.
The Home Confinement requirement will consist of a guaranteed minimum 10 placements and an estimated maximum 25 placements to include both male and female.
It is the intent of the Government to award both line items (RRC in-house beds and home confinement placements) to a single provider, as these services are interconnected and rely upon each other to ensure adequate programming and case management of offenders. The Government reserves the right to potentially make an award which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.

10/31/2024: Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Project #589-500 Construct Day Treatment Center at the Colmery-O Neil VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Topeka, KS. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct approximately 4,016 SF of Day Treatment Center space and Parking spaces. Work includes general construction, abatement, necessary removal of existing structures construction, concrete (buildings only), steel, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, millwork, permanently mounted equipment, interior finishes, pavement, sidewalks, and certain other items. All project work shall be installed in accordance with all applicable standards available at time of installation to include published commercial specifications as well as standards and preferences expressed in this document. All installation details shall be fully coordinated with VA CO and on-site Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). Period of Performance for all work is 270 days. Contractor shall be responsible for meeting all fire, safety and VA standards as specified in Statement of Work, Drawings, and Specifications. All testing shall be provided to COR in digital and paper copies. All products shall be submitted on to COR and examples displayed prior to installation. Materials shall be onsite prior to starting the portion of the work. All utility outages shall be coordinated well in advance with the COR before notification time begins. Contracting Information
(A) The Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number of the Offeror registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
(B) Proof the Offeror is a facilities-based carrier certified to provide local exchange services within the State of Kansas. Quotations will only be accepted from facilities-based carriers certified to provide local exchange services.
(ii) Pricing. Submit a completed copy of the attached price quotation spreadsheet including the Offeror's prices and all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges. Unit prices must be limited to two decimal places. Identify non-priced SLINs by entering NSP or NC in the unit price. The US Army is a Federal Government entity, and as such, is exempt from certain taxes. Offerors must identify and include the quantity and amounts of all applicable taxes, fees and surcharges on the Pricing Schedule. Quotations should not include any taxes from which the Federal Government is exempt.
(ii) Technical Solution. A detailed narrative and network diagram describing the Offeror's facilities, network, and infrastructure to deliver all of the circuits in the Statement of Work to the demarcation locations. Technical solutions that do not include all of the circuits required in the Statement of Work will not be accepted. Long distance charges are not within scope of this requirement and technical solutions that do not allow the US Army to designate DISA's mandatory long distance provider as the primary interchange carrier (PIC) in accordance with the Statement of Work are not technically acceptable.
(iii) Past Performance Information. Provide information from recent contracts performed within the last three (3) years, which are considered relevant in demonstrating ability to perform local exchange services involving similar scope, magnitude of effort, and complexities as the services described in this solicitation. Include the following administrative data for each referenced contract submitted: Offeror's company name; contracting agency; contract number; brief description of contract; contract type (i.e., fixed price, time and material, etc.); period of performance, identification of any significant achievements or past problems and resolution; and name, address, telephone number, and email address of program manager and Contracting Officer.
Period of Acceptance of Offers. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 days from the date specified for receipt of quotations.
Multiple awards. This award shall be made on an all or none basis. Offerors must provide a quotation to provide ALL of the circuits in the Statement of Work, Appendix 10. Quotations that do not include all of the circuits required in the Statement of Work will not be considered.

(a) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Price The total amount for the base year and all option years will be evaluated from the Pricing Schedule.
Technical Capability - Acceptable is defined as a quotation that clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unacceptable is defined as a quotation that does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation.
Past Performance - The Government will conduct an evaluation and review of all recent past performance data obtained to determine how closely the work performed under these efforts relates to the proposed effort and how well that work was performed. The Offeror shall consider the requirements contained in FAR Clauses 52.212-1 when submitting their past performance references. Past performance shall be evaluated based on how recent, relevant and the quality of services rendered. To consider relevancy and quality the past performance evaluation will consider all aspects of an offerors' past performance. For purposes of this evaluation, recent is defined as contracts performed within the past three (3) years from the issuance date of the solicitation. This factor will be rated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. Acceptable is defined as the pass performance clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unacceptable is defined as the past performance does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation.
