The Big Horn National Forest has an anticipated requirement to obtain Snow Removal Services located in Sheridan Wyoming in Sheridan county for the period from December 1, 2024( or award of contract) through November 30, 2025, with four additional option years. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730 and is set-aside for 100% small business. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, permits and licenses necessary for these services.

The National Park Service (NPS) provides notice of the release of a Prospectus to solicit proposals for the award of one (1) Concession Contract to provide Lodging within the Climbers’ Ranch area of Grand Teton National Park (“Park”). The effective date of the Concession Contract is expected to be January 1, 2025.
The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Prospectus will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm.
Preferred Offeror
The Director, pursuant to the terms of 36 Code of Federal Regulations Part 51, has determined that the contract described in this Prospectus CC-GRTE005-25 is a qualified Contract and, therefore the Existing Concessioner is a Preferred Offeror for this Solicitation. If the Existing Concessioner submits a responsive proposal and that proposal is not selected as the best proposal, the preferred offeror designation allows it to match the terms of the best offer.
Site Visit
The National Park Service (Service) intends to host a site visit for interested parties on the date listed in the Inside Cover of this Prospectus. Registration is required no later than 4:00 pm Mountain Time one week before the scheduled date. To register, contact GTNP Concessions Specialist Karen Kanes via email at karen_kanes@nps.gov. Attendance at the site visit is not required to submit a proposal for the Prospectus. You must provide your name, contact information, the name of the entity interested in submitting a proposal that you represent, the primary contact for the entity, and the number of people in your party. Due to space constraints, the Service limits the number of site visit attendees to a total of four (4) people per interested entity. All individuals attending the site visit must disclose to the Service the entity with which they are affiliated. Site visit participants are responsible for obtaining their lodging, meals, and transportation to the respective facilities and paying the Park entrance fee, as applicable. Participants are encouraged to obtain lodging as soon as possible, as lodging in the area is limited.

The Wyoming Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) for hotels within the Cheyenne, Wyoming city limits.

The attached preliminary plans are being furnished to aid prospective Offerors in identifying the location and type of work for this project. The project is intended to be advertised during a period when viewing of the project may not be possible due to snow. Therefore, prospective Offerors are encouraged to view the project during Fall as conditions permit. After November 1, 2024, access may not be available. No Federal Highway Administration personnel will be available for show-me tours.
