The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a contract, using other than full and open competition, to DRS Naval Power Systems, Inc. located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for post-production warranty and related ancillary support for the Air & Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Power Conversion Module (PCM).
The contemplated action is a continuation of the previous contract with DRS Naval Power Systems, Inc. (N00024-14-C-4200) which funded the design, development, software, and hardware procurement of the AMDR PCM. The contemplated action is comprised of the following efforts:
The contemplated contract will include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) line items for specific post-warranty hardware, software, and integration efforts.
The contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. DRS Naval Power Systems, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the Navy’s requirements for post-production warranty and related ancillary support as they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole integrator of the AMDR PCM.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. To be considered, responses shall be submitted no later than 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
