SOCSOUTH is seeking input from US based companies capable of identifying, coordinating with, and subcontracting reputable South American marketing agencies to promote USG-sponsored events across diverse channels such as radio, television, billboards, flyers, and social media. Any number of the below variables may change, but the government is currently contemplating awarding an IDIQ capturing the following tasks annualy:
- Identifying, coordinating with, and subcontracting local production teams capable of capturing high-quality video footage at US-sponsored events across various locations in South America. They should possess expertise in editing and delivering professional-level content. We currently estimate 30 two-minute videos.
- Identifying, coordinating with, and subcontracting photographry teams to cover US sponsored events, including photography processing. Estimated 30 events between 15-20 professional images per event.
- Producing, disseminating, and promoting digital media products. Estimated 6 videos up to 10 mins, 30 digital billboards, and 60 social media posts
- Production, coordination, and subcontracting up to 30 radio spots up to 5 minutes long.
- Specific countries include Colombia, Panama, Guyana, Honduras, and El Salvador (subject to change).
The resultant contract is expected to be an IDIQ (MAC or Single Award), with a Time and Material element. An audited accounting system is strongly preferred.
