SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811111, General Automotive Repair, with a size standard of $9 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested sources to provide on-site inspection and preventative maintenance services at locations associated with the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS). This is intended to maintain Mobile Medical Unit 4 (MMU4 [VA 25901]) according to the manufacturer s specifications, ultimately ensuring uninterrupted services. The MMU will be deployed to support healthcare operations during this process. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks. The contractor shall comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards as required for installation. The contractor shall also comply with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Standards. *** The MMU3 is a Farber on a Freightliner Cassis*** Interested and Qualified Vendors should be capable of providing the following; ASE Certified technicians. Capable of providing preventive maintenance at multiple locations. Have vehicles that can carry and adequately dispose of fluids and hazardous materials associated with this process. Have all the tools and equipment necessary to perform the required services. Have the ability to provide on-site services at eight (8) locations throughout central Florida. Concerns may also provide examples of projects completed that match the requirements shown in the requirements.
