TITLE: Request for Interested Sources for Cisco and Aruba Network Equipment Contract.
LOCATION: Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813.
SUBJECT:
Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet requirements to provide Cisco and Aruba network equipment.
Vendors must offer on-site support upon request for 120 days post-delivery for each delivery order, at no additional charge to the Government.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cisco Gold: Interested vendors MUST be at least Cisco Gold Certified partners prior to submitting proposals, and must maintain this certification throughout the life of the contract.
Vendors shall source all Cisco products directly from Cisco and the Vendor confirms to have sourced all new Cisco products submitted in this offer directly from manufacturer. No refurbished/re-certified products will be accepted. No substitutions of any Cisco products will be considered.
The Government reserves the right to verify the license validity of the Cisco products with Cisco Systems, Inc. prior to acceptance.
Orders against the contract would have DPAS rated contract with a DO-A7 rated order of 90 days or less certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. No partial shipments or partial payments authorized
TAA: The vendor shall indicate TAA compliance as part of their proposals. The Trade Agreements Act (TAA), states that products must be manufactured or "substantially transformed" in the United States or a TAA "designated country".
UNISON: Vendors must be registered in UNISON Marketplace (https://www.unisonglobal.com/) throughout the entire period of performance.
IMPEDIMENT TO COMPETITION:
This requirement will include recurring needs to purchase brand-name products (Cisco and Aruba).
METHOD OF EVALUATION:
Provided vendors meet the special standards of responsibility discussed above, technically acceptable proposals will be evaluated on price alone.
