DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Repair main breakwater dissipation reefs, construct channel scour hole protection, perform maintenance dredging and placement of dredged materials at the upland placement sites, approximately 2.5 miles from the harbor, and complete pre- and post-work surveys at St. Paul Harbor in St. Paul Island, Alaska. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work. The Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. The type of contract shall be firm-fixed price. Construction wage rates (formerly Davis-Bacon Act wage rates) shall apply.An SF30 will be provided for signature capturing all amendments before January 18th, 2024.
