The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region (Region 5), has a verified need for the removal of existing plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and accessories, followed by the installation of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, finishes, and accessories. Additionally, the project requires the abatement of asbestos. Plumbing and electrical work will also be necessary to support the new fixtures. This project requires contractors with experience in restroom renovations, asbestos abatement, and the installation of plumbing and electrical systems. The contractor would be responsible for providing the labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to perform the work specified above.
The project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 (FAR 36.204). The anticipated award date is estimated to be in March of 2025. The projected NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $19 million. No other information is available at this time.
