PROJECT NO./TITLE: 546-24-119, Bid-Build (BB) Services, Replace Roof in Building 7 at Miami VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to provide construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the construction of all the elements to Replace Roof in Building 7 at Miami VAHCS in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. Work Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami VA Healthcare System, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125. Estimated Target Completion Period: 240 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204 (f)(1), the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238160 Roofing Contractors. This is a bid-build project/solicitation that will use trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 26, 2024. At the time of proposal submission, all interested firms must have current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov . Proposals of contractors not registered in www.sam.gov will not be considered for award.
