This is an invitation for bid for 608-23-133, Third Floor Lab Construction at Manchester, VAMC. Please read all attachments for a clear understanding of the solicitation and how to submit bids.
Amendment 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1) Provide answers to RFIs.
2) Provide specifications (see attachment 6)
3) Provide 100% design document (see attachments 1-5)
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this amendment as follows:
1) Site visit sign in Sheet from 9/4/2024 (See Attachment Site Visit Sign-In Lab Project).
2) Provide volume 2 specifications (See Attachment Manchester Lab Specs Vol. 2 and 100% Bid Set at full size.
3) Photos from the site visit will be posted on or around Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Amendment 0003:
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1) The RFI cutoff date is extended. All RFIs must be submitted by 1400 on 9/13/2024.
2) The bid opening date is extended to 10/10/2024 @ 1400 EST.
3) Post pictures of the Lab site (see attachment Lab Project Existing Conditions Photos).

Amendment 0004:
The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1) Answers to RFIs (see attachment RFIs and Answers).
2) Revised SOW (see attachment SOW).
3) Asbestos Report (see attachment ACM Inspection Report).
4) Additional supporting documents for answers to RFIs (see attachments Addendum 1, AD102, Applied Fireproofing,
Testing Laboratory Services, Warranty Roof, AC 4000).
