VA is seeking to lease a maximum 41,300 rentable square feet (RSF)/27,500 ABOA of existing clinical space, but will consider construction of a new building in Texas City, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for community-based outpatient clinic needs for Veterans. The property shall include 135 on-site parking spaces.
Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area:
North: 25th Avenue N./State Hwy. 197
East: Bay Street N.
South: Texas Ave./4th Ave.
West: I-45 to Hughes Rd. to Galveston Rd.
Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.
Term: 20 years; 10 years firm, as a full-service lease.
