The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement from Naval Air Forces Atlantic and Pacific Fleets to provide commercial classroom and simulator training for the Navy UC-12B/F/M non-ProLine, UC-12F/M ProLine 21 aircraft (a Navy configured Raytheon/Beechcraft King Air B200), the UC-12W ProLine 21 (a Navy configured Raytheon/Beechcraft King Air B350) and the UC-12W ProLine Fusion (a Navy configured Raytheon/Beechcraft King Air B350) aircraft.
The purpose of this acquisition is to support the Navy's Command Aircraft Crew Training (CACT) program for classroom and simulator training for the UC-12B/F/M/W aircraft. The UC-12 is a Navy variant of the King Air B200 (UC-12B/F/M) and B300/350 (UC-12W). The UC-12 program requirements consist of commercial academic and simulator training for several areas, such as pilot initial, pilot recurrent, international procedures initial, international procedures recurrent, and additional simulator periods as required.
This acquisition is anticipated to be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and in conjunction with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation Procedures.
