The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Influenza Division (ID), intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Intelerad Medical Systems Incorporated, 800 Blvd, DE Maisonneuve E, Suite 1200, Montreal, QC, H2L4L8 to procure InteleShare AMBRA Suite License allowing the CDC to upload, view, send, and archive diagnostic images and reports.
The InteleShare AMBRA Suite License will include an annual study cap of 3,600 with a storage capacity of 2.024 TB and unlimited quantity of authorized users. This acquisition would be a continuation of the existing license currently being used for the CDC and would make certain there is not a gap in utilization of the software. The CDC requires the AMBRA Suite License to rapidly transfer information for the classification of Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM) cases for real-time reporting of case-based data in outbreak and non-outbreak scenarios.
This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 513210, Software Publishers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
