Amendment 0002 is posted to answer Offeror questions and add estimated annual totals for Over and Above Clins. OFFERS SHALL UTILIZE CONFORMED COPY (ATTACHED) TO SUBMIT BIDS AT 12PM, 7 MAY 2021.
NOTE: Due to system upgrades a pending amendment cannot be released at this time. Amendment 0002 will be released no later than 30 April 2021 to address questions posed by offerors. The solicitation due date has been extended to 12PM, 7 May 2021.
Amendment 0001 is posted to replace Attachment 2 - PWS (Common Levels of Support) and correct some errors.
This will be a Services contract to provide Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair services. The contractor shall perform maintenance and repair services for automatic doors at various facilities throughout Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). Examples of doors work performed on include automated main entrances and ADA bathroom door openers. Performance of these maintenance and repair services requires specialized technical skills currently provided through contract services. Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, all inspections, testing, routine service, and maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the most current commercial industry standards, codes and regulations, NFPA, American National Standard for Power Operated Doors, ANSI/BHMA A156.10, and manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements.
