Description

The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision and materials necessary to provide building air system assessments, mold sanitization cleaning (of ductwork, terminals, VAV boxes & AHUs) analyses, cooling coil & reheat coil inspections, and air systems balance testing in Trent Lott Hall, B2603, for Keesler AFB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the project Statement of Work, Drawings, and Specifications, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested HUBZone sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is J041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,00.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable) will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 31 July 2024 with a tentative closing date of 30 August 2024. The contract performance period will be 90 days beginning 10 days after issuance of award.
