This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Buy Indian/Small business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided via e-mail. No presentations will be scheduled.
In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is issuing a Sources Sought notice in support of Market Research to identify firms to provide Immunoassay Reagents and Supplies. The Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Standing Rock Service Unit, which includes Fort Yates IHS Hospital (FYH), Fort Yates, North Dakota, and the McLaughlin Health Center (MHC), McLaughlin, South Dakota, requires Immunoassay Reagents and Supplies. See Statement of Work.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424210, with a corresponding Standard of 250 employees. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code.
