The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this proposed acquisition is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The small-business set-aside status of this contract remains unchanged. The Government has determined that the only way to prevent any adverse impact to critical mission activities that could result from a break in the continuous availability of subscale aerial targets is to issue an extension to the current contract to the incumbent contractor. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This NOCA neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to any specific acquisition approach. This NOCA is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment or invitation to contract with the Government and is issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii).
