The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Chiller #3, at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), located in Pollock, LA.
FCC Pollock is a federally owned facility located at 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The project consists of the following: Remove the existing chiller and replace with a new chiller which must operate with R1233zd or R514A refrigerants and must be capable of operating at a 0.45 kW/ton efficiency. It must have the capability to have an operating temperature of 34 degrees F, without the usage of glycol and a capacity of 770 tons at 60/50 Hz.
FCC Pollock is a United Stated federal prison complex for male inmates.
