Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract to the Kalispel Tribe of Indians for non-personal, professional services for the management of cultural resources, historic properties, traditional cultural properties (TCPs), and Historic Properties of Religious and Cultural Significance to Indian Tribes (HPRCSIT).
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division (NWD), Seattle District (NWS), Contracting Division (CT, intends to award a service contract pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1) in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901, sole source acquisition under simplified procedures for certain commercial services.
Services include: Quarterly Cooperating Group Assistance and Quarterly Report, Annual Cooperating Group Assistance Report,General Document Review and Contributions, HPM Plan Document Review and Contributions, Produce General Cooperating Group Material, Produce HPM Material, Field Visits, Virtual Technical Meetings, In Person Technical Meetings, FCRPS Cultural Resource Systemwide Meeting, Public Outreach, Public Educational Language Materials, Historical Documents and Archival Research, Erosion Monitoring, Pedestrian Survey, Subsurface Survey, Site Condition Monitoring, Construction Monitoring, Traditional Cultural Property Inventory and Management, Evaluation & Recommendation of National Registry of Historic Places Eligibility.
Place of Performance: Services will be performed on lands affected by operations and maintenance of the Albeni Falls Dam and Lake Pend Oreille Project.

The proposed action will be a Commercial, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity, Service type contract.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS Code) for this project is: 712120- Archeological sites. The size standard is $13M.
