Project Summary Description:
The project consists of partial renovation of the 11th floor Department of Homeland Security suite of the 12-story building.
The scope includes the renovation approximately 7,666 square feet includes the lab expansion and interior renovations to increase office flow and efficiency, relocation of offices and expansion of open office space, conference room construction, prisoner Processing Area renovations, relocation and expansion of the gym, secure vault and ammo storage construction, replacement of interior cameras, installation of exterior cameras, and finishes (carpet, tile, and paint), as specified in the project documents.
Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
The complete set of construction project documents will be available to cleared contractors. Authorization is needed for security purposes for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). See Note 1 below.

The Contracting Officer will review the responses in order to determine the set-aside type based on the type.

Note 1: All Gen Const. Contractors must be registered in SAM and may be required to set up a GACA account to access the project documents. Access to project documents shall be limited to need to know entities for bidding purposes to include all suppliers, consultants (A&E,etc.) and subcontractors.
