This requirement is for maintenance and repair of approximately sixty-two (62) elevator systems located in approximately thirty-nine (39) facilities. The Contractor shall perform Elevator Maintenance Services at the Fort Cavazos Military Installation.

Site Visit – Is scheduled 19 November 2024 at 1:30pm CST. Location is DPW Services Office BLDG 40001, 575 S. Sherman St. Fort Cavazos, TX 76544. Site visit will include inspection of various elevators and handicap lifts located in four buildings. Site visit is optional. To request a visitor's pass, visitors will report to the Fort Cavazos Visitor Center located at Marvin Leath Visitors Center, Building# 69012, T.J. Mills Boulevard, Fort Cavazos, TX 76544-0000. Hours of Operations: 5a.m. to 9 p.m.
