The Request for Quotation has been amended to change Line Item #0001 to read -0- quantity. Was initially posted as requesting 27,000 1/2 pints of skim milk. The quantity needs to be changed to 270,000 and assigned to Line Item #0004 MILK, 1/2 PINT, 2%. Please see attachments in this posting for a copy of the amendment identifying the changes.
