Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting a brand name or equal (BNOE) requirement for Obsolescence Management Data Services—One (1) base and two (2) option years—QTY: 1 LOT, per contract line-item number (CLIN).

This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-A7. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519290 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. It is anticipated that solicitation N0025324Q0058 will be available on or about 24 July 2024. The solicitation closing date is anticipated to be 15 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation.
Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be filled out in its entirety and returned before the solicitation closes.
