All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jenna Lang at jenna.l.lang2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 15:00 EST on 11 December 2024. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. 

The purpose of this requirement is to provide maintenance services that include scheduled preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance repair services for one (1) Zayer 5-Axis Gantry Milling Machine at Fleet Readiness Center South East (FRCSE) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provided in Section C of the attached RFQ N6852025R0015. 

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. 

Basis for Award 

Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made to a qualified offeror capable of meeting all requirements with the lowest evaluated price in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.  

This is a firm fixed price procurement therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. 

Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. The Government will not back for any information received.
