Construct a permanent Projectile Penetration Research Facility (PPRF) of 9900 SF to conduct projectile penetration testing for the Engineer Research and Development Center (Vicksburg, MS) Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL). Project includes Projectile Rooms, Shop, Workspace, Lobby Room, Storage, Controls/Communications/Electrical Space and Mechanical Space. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, and landscaping. Air conditioning is estimated at 10 tons.
