The contractor shall provide delivery of up to 20,000 gallons of Brand Name, FreezGard CI Plus, Magnesium Chloride Liquid Deicer, in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics and Qualified Products List.
Offerors must complete all highlighted potions of Combo and sign the Amendment attached, as well as provide a product data sheet with their quotes.
