The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Deputy Chief for Intelligence (G-2). The DRAFT RFP is not a formal solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation time and promote a clearer understanding of the TRADOC G-2 requirement. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. The Reference Number for this DRAFT solicitation is DRAFT-RFP-W911S025RA001 and has changed from the associated Sources Sought Notice Reference Number PANMCC-24-P-0000009738. No amendments to this notice are anticipated to be issued containing responses to vendor submitted questions. The feedback received in response to this notice will be used to finalize solicitation documents. A formal question and answer opportunity will be identified upon issuance of the formal solicitation.
