AMENDMENT 1 issued on 10/8/2024 to:
1. Additional CLIN Option for up to four (4) unscheduled 40-yard dumpster pickups;
2. Add clause CDC0_H050 Option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item - Services;
3. Revised Statement of Work to identify the size of the large debris dumpster as 40 cubic yards;
4. Responses to Questions Submitted by potential offerors;
5. Extend the quote submission date to 10/15/2024 at 9AM

Commercial waste and recycling services provided in accordance with the statement of work for each one of the three locations where waste and recycling pickup will occur. Cost/Pricing should reflect the monthly price and annual total for each option period. The base period and each option period are 12-months/1-year in length. This contract is being awarded as a Firm Fixed Price-FFP Small Business-SB set-aside. The basis for award of this contract is to be made to the lowest price technically acceptable contractor proposal that meets the all of the requirements for each pick up location listed in the statement of work in Section C.

Period of performance of this contract is:
Base Period = November 3rd, 2024, to November 2nd, 2025
Option Year 1 = November 3rd, 2025, to November 2nd, 2026
Option Year 2 = November 3rd, 2026, to November 2nd, 2027
Option Year 3 = November 3rd, 2027, to November 2nd, 2028
Option Year 4 = November 3rd, 2028, to November 2nd, 2029
