Environmental Chamber
Company requires the design and installation of a 60,000 to 300,000 Btu/h automated air enthalpy chamber. For the operation of this apparatus, the upper chamber will be operated over an ambient temperature range of -32 to 66°C (-25 to 150°F) and the lower chamber must simulate a wide range of indoor temperatures from 7 to 66°C (45 to 150°F). The chamber is to be a stacked configuration with an overall height of 26 feet with the upper chamber 14 feet tall and the lower chamber 12 feet tall. The floor area for both upper and lower chambers is to be 22 feet by 22 feet. The facility shall conform to the instruments and test requirements and provide the conditions specified in the attached document. The facility will use either the Outdoor Air Enthalpy or the Refrigerant Enthalpy method as the Standard Test Method secondary check to the performance results as prescribed in ASHRAE 37.
Airflow tunnels (code testers) should be supplied for both chamber rooms. The code testers should be integrated with the automated end-to-end DAS and provide required level of accuracy, ease of use and reliability. The code testers shall be designed and constructed in accordance with ASHRAE 37 by the Seller.

DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District has issued Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation W912QR-24-R-0067 for the Design-Bid-Build new construction of a multi-purpose training range for Ft. Campbell. The project will construct a standard design Multipurpose Training Range (MPTR). Primary facilities include the MPTR, downrange site preparation, range operations control area (ROCA), range control tower (non-instrumented), small after-action review building, large operations/storage building, latrine, bleacher enclosure, covered mess, ammunition loading dock, bivouac area, unit staging area, and building information systems. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) are included in this project. Supporting facilities include electric service; paving; storm drainage; site improvements; and information systems. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Cyber Security Measures will be incorporated into this project. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance.

REQUIREMENT:
AEDC is seeking potential vendors to provide a complete set of compressor stator blades, front stator baskets, and rear stator baskets for an Allis Chalmers 1309 axial flow compressor.
The serial numbers for the compressors are 5108, 5109, 5110, 5111, 5112, and 5113.
The blades and baskets shall be made to the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) specifications, unless the interested vendor has a newer, more maintenance friendly design without modification to the compressor casing, rotor, or rotor blades. The baskets shall be delivered with the blades installed to the correct fixed angle and ready for installation in the compressor casing. The baskets/blades must fit within the compressor casing and fit integral to the compressor rotor.
No stator blade, basket, or compressor casing drawings shall be provided nor will access to the compressors be granted to obtain measurements.

The James H. Quillen and Lexington VAMC Radiology requires contractual services to provide Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging Services to 11 rural Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in the Mountain Home VA and Lexington VA catchment areas. Mobile CT imaging services includes a primary self-propelled freightliner with box platform containing a fully diagnostic CT unit with table. Mobile vehicle will transport equipment and personnel to multiple locations on a rotating schedule. CT imaging equipment will be fully diagnostic CT unit to include table and all other equipment to be fully operational. Contractor to supply qualified technologist staffing and driver for mobile vehicle unit. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, maintenance, and repair of all Contractor-furnished equipment (including the mobile vehicle unit). The unit will be totally self-sufficient, to include a generator to generate electricity. No pad or other hook-ups will be provided. Contractor shall be responsible to maintain all of the equipment in good working order at all times and shall reimburse the VA for lost time, which may result from defective workmanship or equipment failure. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease in general area of LaFollette, TN approximately 5,000 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) 6,750 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) square feet of contiguous space and a minimum of 25 on-site parking spaces. The number of reserved handicap parking spaces must meet the local code requirements. The space shall be contiguous space and the preference is the first floor of the building. Synopsis: Repair HVAC Base-wide - SOURCES SOUGHT.
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The Tennessee Air National Guard, Memphis ANG Base, Memphis, TN has been tasked to replace facility boilers and compressors in four (4) buildings as specified in the Statement of Work. Repair facilities B2890, B4625, 2886, and B2860 conditioned space by replacing the existing units; Replace 75 pounds worth of failing R-22 Compressors with high efficiency non-ozone depleting HVAC units in those same facilities. Each compressor and associated equipment shall include a new fan coil unit, associated copper piping, thermo-expansion values, solenoids, a new 2-inch insulated copper drain line including new insulation for all installed copper lines. Install required and proper amount of refrigerant, to properly charge and operate the system. In each building replace two boilers which include replacement of two circulating pumps, two motor starters for the pumps, two flow switches, four isolation valves, replace insulation to match existing insulation, two solenoid valves, six temperatures gauges and five pressure gauges. Proposed project will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The type of solicitation issued will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Business Community to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUB-Zone), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential interested sources including Small Businesses in Tennessee (TN). This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.
The TN National Guard (TNARNG) intends to solicit for a Catered Meals Services to feed soldiers that are in Inactive Duty Training (IDT) or Annual Training (AT) status in 66 different locations throughout the state of Tennessee. IDT training events conducted monthly and expected to have more than one (1) unit drilling at the same dates but different locations. Drilling days are usually on Saturdays and Sundays.
The TNARNG intends to award single or multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The IDIQ will consist of five (5) year ordering period, and an option to extend six (6) additional months. Attached is a list of locations that requires catered meals each month.
All interested firms will provide this office in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor and note which locations in the location spreadsheet your firm can service. Response must also include the following: Company Name, Cage Code, UEI, email address, company address, telephone number, POC, and size and type of ownership (Small business, Large Business. 8(a), etc.).
