The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Grease Removal and Lint Trap services at the Federal Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as FMC) located in Lexington, Kentucky. The proposed project is to Construct a Standard design General Purpose Storage Building for use as Housing Furniture Storage warehouse. This Design-Build warehouse structure will be 18,250 SF. Government requests a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type Contract (RTC) to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to manufacture and install removable wrap-around graphics and remove existing graphic wraps on various Government owned vehicles located at the United States (US) Army Mission Support Battalion (MSBN), Fort Knox, Kentucky, 40121. Buckhorn Tailwater Stabilization Pre-Solicitation Synopsis
In accordance with FAR 5.204, this pre-solicitation notice is meant to inform industry of an anticipated, upcoming solicitation. This notice will not bind the government to any actions or awards.
DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Buckhorn Tailwater Bank Stabilization in Buckhorn, Kentucky. This project is a Design/Bid/Build where the streambank of Squabble Creek on the west side of Buckhorn Campground in Buckhorn, Kentucky was affected by a flood event in 2022. The streambank experienced severe erosion which is now affecting the adjacent camper pads. Erosion damage to approx. 500-foot-long portion of the streambank along Squabble Creek is to be repaired. Main efforts include the following scope items: The repair will consist of regrading the stream bank and lining with rip rap stone protection. Additional repairs to several campsites will require grading, gravel camping pad and concrete camping pad placement. In addition, asphalt milling and overlay and subgrade repairs to the campground road will be included. Squabble Creek has endangered darter species and will require erosion control BMPs.
Contract duration is 75 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The Kentucky Army National Guard (NGKY) proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Military Laundry Services for Central Issue Facility (CIF) for the United State Property and Fiscal Office, Boone Center National Guard (BNGC) as outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A BPA is not a binding contract, they are agreements, and as with this agreement, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choose to terminate the agreement as long as a 30-day notification is provided.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando, on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Product Manager Forces Training Systems (PdM FTS), seeks proposals in support of the following requirement.
Special Operations Forces Training, Engineering and Maintenance Support (SOF TEAMS) IV seeks to provide hardware and software maintenance, logistics, administration, and minor engineering enhancements to the Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) effort that supports the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR(A)), located at Fort Campbell, KY. The Special Operations Aviation (SOA) TADSS supports the unique mission of the 160th SOAR(A) to equip, train, validate and employ SOA forces worldwide in support of contingency missions, the Joint Task Force Commander, and Theater Special Operations Commands. The TADSS support both real-world mission rehearsal, incident investigation and rated / non-rated aircrew training requirements.
This solicitation is being solicited Full and Open under NAICS Code 541330 Exception 01 (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons), with a Small Business Size Standard of $47.0M. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is J069 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Training Aids and Devices). The resultant C-Type contract will be for five years and will include a 12-month base with four (4) 12-month options.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lexington, KY, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole-source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. PURPOSE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE}, Nashville District (LRN), is issuing an lnvitiation for Bid (IFB), Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract for Lake Barkley Spillway Gate Chains Fabrication. Contractor will be required to fabricate all components necessary to replace all of Lake Barkley Dam Spillway Gate Chains. Contract will be for fabrication only, USACE personnel will perform installation of the lifting chains at a later date. Each lifting chain is made up of around 1,000 metallic components in various quantities of chains, pins, collars, washers, etc.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of new spillway gate lifting chains. The contractor will, at a minimum, fabricate chains for three gates (6 total chain lengths) for the base of the contract and option years will be for varying quantities of additional chains (up to 24 total lengths) depending on available funding. Spillway gate chains consist of pins (of varying length), side bars, spacer sleeves, collars, washers, and retainer rings. The total length of one chain is roughly 80 feet. Machining for grease grooves/ports will also be required.
DELIVERY DATE: 270 calendar days after notice of award.

Survey work shall consist of performing all surveys, measurements, computations, drawings, and descriptions according to attached Land Survey Specifications for NRCS Easement Programs.
