Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) flood plain.

Expressions of Interest shall include the following:

7. Photos of the space or site being submitted, or permission for Market Survey participants to photograph the space or site.
8. For existing buildings, provide information on condition of building systems, roof, foundation, and current floor plan. Alternatively, provide a copy of a recent commercial building inspection or appraisal.
9. Confirmation that offered space meets or will be made to meet Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS).
10. Confirmation that offered space meets or will be made to meet Seismic Safety Standards, as applicable.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Southeast Area (SEA) has a requirement to “Replace Building 9 Drain Line” at USDA, ARS, SEA, Corn Host Plant Resistance Research, 150 Twelve Lane, Mississippi State, MS 39762.
Solicitation 12405B25Q0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price contract. Interested vendors should reference the solicitation documents for all terms and conditions.
This requirement is solicited as a Total Small Business set aside. The associated NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19.0 million.
The USDA/ARS is seeking a qualified contractor to perform work that consists of Replace Building 9 Drain Line in accordance with local,state, and national building code. Building 9 is a conventional building built on a concrete slab foundation and has one toilet, 1 floor drain, and 1 sink that are served by the existing original 4” cast iron sanitary sewer line that exits the building on the east side and immediately ties into an existing manhole. Investigations confirm that the sewer line has collapsed in one place just downstream of the toilet and rendered it unusable. The line downstream of the blockage is intact but needs replacement due to age and condition. The approximate total length of pipe is 55 LF from toilet to manhole.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
Period of performance is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list.
Site Visit:
Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, dimensions, and conditions of the project before a bid is submitted. The site visit will be held for the purpose of providing contractors with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the site which may be helpful in the preparation of offers. Attendance at this site visit is not mandatory for offer submission; however, failure to visit the site will not relieve or mitigate the successful contractor's responsibility and obligation to fully comply with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained and/or referenced in this document.
The site visit shall be for observing firsthand any conditions relevant to the completion of this project. The project consists of geotechnical, pavement rehabilitation and structural repairs. The work includes repairing slide areas, bridge joints, delaminated concrete decks, installing water proofing membranes (where applicable) and new wearing surface on bridge decks, other bridge repairs, pavement rehabilitation, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $40,000,000 to $50,000,000.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1) with Nikon Instruments, Inc., 1300 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, NY 11747-3064, for the purchase of stereomicroscope instrumentation – Nikon SMZ800N for research activities for ecological and aquatic restoration, modeling and forecasting environmental efforts. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS.
The minimum needs for this supply contract is one SMZ800N complete system to include all OEM functioning parts, computer, monitor, full installation setup and training on use of scope. SMZ800N must be available for delivery to Vicksburg, MS no later than 6 weeks after receipt of order. This unit will be used in research that utilizes specialized equipment to identify and dissect endangered and invasive species and specimens.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide 3M (Maintenance and Material Management) Technician Maintenance and User Operational Support Services to units under Commander, Naval Construction Group Two (NCG2). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. The intent of this special notice is to share the most current information available with respect to anticipated stone work requirements within the Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) in the Memphis (W912EQ), Vicksburg (W912EE), and New Orleans (W912P8) Districts during Fiscal Year 2025.

Principle features of work include various construction and repairs to existing dikes, revetments, chevrons, bendway weirs, and other river training structures at various locations. Additional land-based construction may include bank grading and dressing, excavation, placement of crushed stone blanket, riprap upper bank paving, placement of stone fill and stone paving in specified areas such as dike fields, revetments, and other locations along top bank and in overbank areas landward of top bank. Repairs to existing structures may also be required. This work may include removal and redistribution of stone from dikes, revetments and other areas, breaking out pavement, placing and painting range markers, and clearing range lines. This work will be performed in the Mississippi River; varying water depths and currents may be encountered.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-25-R-A001 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 Effective 11/12/2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 10 October 2024. This requirement is set aside for a Total Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621111 with a standard size of $16M. The Government intends to make an award for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 5-year ordering period.
1. Scope of Requirement:
The purpose of the Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) Occupational Health Medical Examination Program is to provide baseline, job specific medical examinations for Mississippi National Guard federal technician pre-hire candidates. The number of projected technician candidates to be examined may change due to the technician staffing requirements and is estimated at 125 persons per year. The vendor will complete physical exams in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) on both male and female potential hires and others as stated in PWS. The exams will be performed at contractor’s established fixed facility, staffed and equipped with the contractor’s certified/licensed personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and quality control measures necessary to perform the required physical examinations. The clinic must be within a 50-mile radius of the Jackson, MS metro area in order to provide easy and timely access for federal technicians during the duty day.

2. Basis of Award
Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation, with appropriate consideration given to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The offeror’s technical proposal shall be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Offerors who rate unacceptable in Technical will be removed from further consideration for award. Price will be evaluated to determine reasonableness of the proposed price. Unreasonable Offers cannot be selected for award.
3. Service Contract Act
Currently, Wage Determination No. 2015-5153 REV 07/22/2024 for Copiah, Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Simpson, Yazoo Counties is applicable to this task order. Rates can be found at https://www.wdol.gov/dba.aspx. The current prevailing Wage Determination will be incorporated at the time of award. In the event the current prevailing Wage Determination is changed by the Department of Labor after the closing date of this solicitation, the updated Wage Determination will be incorporated by amendment and issued to all Offerors that have not been eliminated from the competition.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15BFA025B00000006 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Roof FCI Low I at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Yazoo City located in Yazoo City, Mississippi.
FCC Yazoo City is a Federal Correctional Complex located at 2225 Haley Barbour Pkwy, Yazoo City, Mississippi 39194. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the flat roofing system replacement of one building that houses the Safety, personal services and Votech building. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) executes research and development (R&D) projects on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and various other government organizations.
